What is Compensating Disbursement?
Compensating disbursement — known in Vietnamese as Giải ngân bù đắp — is a loan funding method where the bank transfers funds to the borrower's bank account to reimburse costs the borrower has already paid from their own funds, rather than paying a third party directly.
