Limited Liability Company (Công ty TNHH - Công ty Trách nhiệm Hữu hạn) is the most common business entity form in Vietnam, governed by the Law on Enterprises 2020. In Vietnam, Công ty TNHH includes two variants: TNHH Một thành viên (Single-member LLC) owned by one organization or individual, and TNHH Hai thành viên trở lên (Multi-member LLC) with 2 to 50 members.
